When Opportunity Knocked

My key journey started in Bala Mandir in November 2023. I entered as a novice and was soon faced with tasks that were exciting and challenging. I am grateful to my Headmistress Mrs. Mala Shankar for giving me an opportunity to take charge of hosting the sports day event. I immensely enjoyed co-hosting this event with my colleague.

Working as a teacher requires dedication and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children. The impact of a teacher’s influence always leaves a lasting impression and I hope to be one of them in my professional career.

The next generation of aspirants depend on the guidance and support of teachers to help them reach their full potential. I strongly believe in this and there is no greater joy than witnessing the growth and success of my students of Bala Mandir. I am working towards a goal in this school, which is to make the students converse more freely in English. I will be directing my sincere efforts towards this endeavour.

I encourage conversational speaking, in English, in the classroom and instill confidence in my students. I hope I will have a stellar class of bright public speakers by the end of this school year.
