BMRRC EVENT HELD ON 29.06.2024
Mercy Selvakumari2024-07-10T17:45:26+05:30It was not like an event but more like a family gathering which was quite memorable and heartwarming! The way everyone came together to contribute to the success of the programme created a very positive atmosphere. The decoration of the stalls with fantastic posters and pamphlets showcasing the development of children from the womb was interesting. The role-play by BM Crèche staff, where they demonstrated how a mother can stimulate a child aged 0-3 years using everyday items found at home, was very informative and practical.
It was wonderful to hear that the role-play was beneficial for the crèche teachers, providing them with insights into the early stages of child development and emphasising the importance of learning through play. Overall, it was a well-planned and impactful event that brought joy and learning to everyone involved.
The Creche had set up a stall where waste materials were creatively transformed into items that mothers could use to stimulate their children at various developmental stages. The Creche teachers explained how these repurposed materials could be used effectively to engage and educate children. This initiative seems like a great way to promote sustainability while also enhancing early childhood development. It was a valuable learning experience! Implementing new knowledge into your work with children can greatly benefit their development, encouraging parents to provide the best stimulation for their children
